Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items as per the terms below:

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@getsetlo.com. Our team will provide the return address and instructions by email.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at support@getsetlo.com.

EU Customers:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel/return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
